Delivery & Returns
Currently, we only deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We ship all orders of €140 or more for free, orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of €4.95. We will dispatch your order within one working day of receiving it and an approximate delivery time of 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on products returned for any reason. We’ll accept returns for any Dermalogica product purchased from this website. We will issue a full refund or exchange upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we can not refund you if you exceed the 30 days return.
Should you experience a skin response, please contact us to discuss. We will refund you under these circumstances if returned within 30 days.
To complete your return, please email us at [email protected] stating proof of purchase and the reason for your return. Details of actual response, how soon after using did response happen. Product batch number, if possible. All of this will help us to speed the process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20-25 days.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
